How to Change Your Payment Method

If you’d like to change your payment information for any reason, you can do so on your own using the Geek Dashboard. 

To change your payment information, follow these steps:

• 1) Go into the Geek Dashboard and click the “Menu” button at the top right. Select the “Manage Payment Methods” option from the menu.
  
• 2) Select the market you wish to edit your payment information for. It will list the payment methods we have on file for you and allow you to a) add an additional payment method (such as ACH direct withdrawal) or b) if you have multiple, select which option you'd like for us to bill for that area.

Please note that all payment methods will be saved to your account, but if you want to change which card / account to bill from, you will need to update for each area individually if you have multiple in our system.

How do I add ACH direct withdrawal to my account?

To avoid a 3% credit card processing fee, you can add ACH direct withdrawal, authorizing payment directly from your bank account. We accomplish this through a secure, third party service. Go into the manage payments menu (as mentioned above) and if there there will be a button that will take you to a secure portal where you can authorize us.
