We get leads from places you may have tried in the past… Google, Bing, Facebook. But after generating over 120,000+ property management leads, we’ve learned a few things about how to (and how not to) get those leads in from different sources and make sure the leads are both motivated and affordably priced.
For example, if you try to get leads in Facebook the same way you get them in Adwords, you are going to get skunked. Very different approaches needed. When you spend your own money like we do at Geek (over $4M since we opened our doors 9 years ago), you learn a LOT faster about what works and doesn’t work.

The beautiful thing about Geek leads? You don’t have to care at ALL about where we are getting these leads. In the end, all that matters is that they turn into doors at a rate that allows you to make an acceptable profit. You can focus on running a property management business instead of studying online marketing.
